The lots will all come with:

Lot sizes range from a half-acre to a full-acre. With your lot, you have the ability to build your own cabin or just park your RV for your own slice of heaven in Alberta. Water service is available to each lot primarily by private wells or cisterns. Private sewage disposal system undertakings (such as soil-based treatment systems, sewage treatment plants, or holding tanks) shall meet the requirements prescribed in the Alberta Private Sewage Disposal Systems Standard of Practice as per the rules set out in the Private Sewage Disposal Systems Regulation under the Safety Codes Act. A private sewage permit for a system undertaking as per the Permit Regulation shall be obtained from the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
